Abdul & Rumanah

Covent Gardens is one of my favourite places to go in London, so when Abdul and Rumanah asked me to be their wedding photographer at their wedding which was to be held at De Vere Grande Connaught Rooms in Covent Gardens, I leapt at the opportunity. The venue was perfect for their big beautiful wedding, and it was a real joy to capture the day as it happened. 

Photographing The Bride In Her Wedding Dress

Rumanah arrived at her wedding venue in a luxury white Bentley. She held her father's hand as he guided her out of her wedding car, the sunlight catching the crystals on her spectacular gold bridal gown which was beautifully crafted by Chiffons of London. She looked incredible. It was a truly magical moment and would have been for any wedding photographer. 

Capturing The Brides Beauty On Her Wedding Day

Rumanah's hair was styled to perfection by internationally renown professional hairstylist Shaista, allowing her veil to flow graciously down the back of her dress. Rumanah was a vision of beauty, her celebrity makeup artist, Krystal Dawn, had enhanced her natural features, keeping her makeup subtle but stunning, complementing both her dress, hair and jewellery. 

The Wedding Photographs Taken Captured The Love In The Room

Rumanah made her entrance with her proud father. First up the grand staircase, adorned with beautiful wild roses and then toward the ceremony where her husband-to-be, friends and family members were eagerly awaiting her arrival. As Rumanah's father walked her towards the fairy tale gold aisle, teary onlookers gazed on. She then walked graciously through the fairy tale mist towards her prince, charming. Surrounded by their family and friends, Abdul and Rumanah were finally together as one. It was so wonderful to capture the day. It was evident that everyone in the room was so proud of them both, it made for the most amazing atmosphere and you could feel the love in the room. 

The Wedding Was Perfect

The wedding had been planned meticulously and captured the combined both families Pakistani and British heritage. From the mother of the bride, sister in law and maid of honours bespoke designer outfits courtesy of Seema M London, to the spectacular event styling by Medina Events and not to mention the breathtakingly fantastic cake by Cake Boulevard. Everything for Rumanah and Abdul’s wedding was perfect. 

After the ceremony, I was able to capture the newly married couples happiness and delight at how everything had turned out. I loved photographing the cutting of the cake and seeing the guests enjoy the fantastic food and luxury catering which was provided by Green Leaf Catering.
